The Silent Steel Baffle Streamer Gen 2 represents the next generation of our traditional baffle suppressor technology. Built around a completely redesigned 3D-printed Gen 2 Baffle Module, it delivers a significant improvement in both sound and flash suppression while retaining the proven modular construction of the Streamer platform.

The new Gen 2 Baffle Module is available in two material configurations: 3D-printed aluminium for minimum weight and 3D-printed Inconel 718 for maximum durability. Additive manufacturing allows us to create advanced internal geometries that would not be possible with conventional manufacturing methods, resulting in improved suppressor performance while optimizing weight and material use.

Enhanced Sound and Flash Suppression

The full-size Baffle Streamer is designed for applications where maximum sound reduction is the priority. The new Gen 2 internal geometry provides significantly improved sound suppression compared to the previous generation.

Flash reduction has also been taken to a new level. The front of the suppressor features the new Silent Steel Flash-Guard, specifically designed to minimize visible muzzle flash and further enhance the performance of the Gen 2 Baffle Module.

Aluminium – Minimum Weight

The 3D-printed aluminium Gen 2 Module provides an exceptionally lightweight configuration without compromising the core benefits of the new design.

This makes it an excellent choice for hunters and sporting shooters who want effective sound and flash suppression while keeping additional weight at the muzzle to an absolute minimum.

Inconel 718 – Maximum Durability

For demanding professional applications, the Baffle Streamer Gen 2 is available with a 3D-printed Inconel 718 Module.

Inconel 718 provides exceptional strength and resistance to high temperatures, making this configuration particularly well suited for law enforcement, military and other professional applications where durability and reliability under demanding firing schedules are essential.

Modular, Serviceable and Upgradeable

The Baffle Streamer Gen 2 retains Silent Steel’s standard modular suppressor body, making the new Gen 2 Baffle Modules compatible with existing Baffle Streamer suppressor bodies.

This means that existing Silent Steel customers can upgrade their previous-generation suppressor to Gen 2 technology simply by replacing the internal module. There is no need to replace the complete suppressor.

As the serial number is permanently marked on the suppressor body, the serialized component remains unchanged during the upgrade. The modular architecture allows the suppressor to evolve with Silent Steel technology while retaining the original body and serial number.

The suppressor is also fully disassemblable and serviceable, allowing inspection, cleaning and replacement of the internal module when required.
