Baffle XStreamer OTB
The Silent Steel XStreamer OTB (Extended Streamer Over-the-Barrel) is the longest model in the Baffle Streamer Gen 2 family and an entirely new addition to the Silent Steel suppressor range.
Unlike conventional suppressors that extend entirely forward from the muzzle, the XStreamer OTB is designed to extend partially over the barrel. This reduces the amount of additional length in front of the muzzle and moves part of the suppressor mass rearward, resulting in improved weapon balance and handling.
Full-Size Streamer Performance
The XStreamer OTB utilizes the same size Gen 2 Baffle Module as the full-size Streamer, providing excellent sound and flash suppression. Its extended OTB construction combines high suppression performance with a more balanced overall package.
The new Gen 2 internal geometry is manufactured using advanced 3D-printing technology, enabling complex internal structures optimized for sound and flash reduction.
Lightweight Aluminium Construction
The XStreamer OTB is available exclusively with a 3D-printed aluminium Gen 2 Baffle Module. This keeps weight low despite the suppressor’s extended dimensions and makes the XStreamer OTB particularly well suited for applications where high suppression performance is required without excessive weight at the muzzle.
The OTB configuration further improves handling by positioning part of the suppressor and its mass behind the muzzle and around the barrel.
Advanced Flash Suppression
The XStreamer OTB features the new Silent Steel Flash-Guard at the front of the suppressor. Combined with the Gen 2 Baffle Module, the Flash-Guard provides excellent reduction of visible muzzle flash.
Modular and Serviceable
Like the rest of the Baffle Streamer Gen 2 family, the XStreamer OTB is built around Silent Steel’s modular suppressor architecture.
The suppressor is fully disassemblable and serviceable, allowing inspection, cleaning and replacement of the internal Baffle Module when required.
The replaceable module construction also allows the suppressor to benefit from future developments in Silent Steel Baffle Module technology while retaining the serialized suppressor body.

OTB Support Bushing
Silent Steel OTB suppressors feature a 23 mm rear barrel opening, allowing compatibility with barrels up to 23 mm in diameter.
For smaller barrel diameters, Silent Steel offers downloadable 3D-printable Support Bushings designed to fit into the rear opening of the suppressor. The bushings are available for 17–20 mm barrel diameters and can be produced from plastic using the downloadable STP files.
The Support Bushing provides a clean and finished appearance by reducing the visible gap between the barrel and suppressor body. More importantly, it creates a secondary support point between the suppressor and barrel.
This additional support helps protect the suppressor and its mounting system from lateral loads, for example if the firearm is accidentally dropped or falls over. Together with the suppressor’s primary mounting point, the Support Bushing creates a more stable two-point support arrangement.
The bushing is designed as a simple, replaceable component and can be easily 3D printed when required.
